  • You refer to Titler Pro 2.0 & 2.5 together, but 2.0 works with a perpetual avid license and 2.5 does not. Then you do not offer a way to download 2.0 on the Titler Pro page - and the page that I did find with a 2.0 download led to a dead end. Very difficult to use, definitely not making me WANT to upgrade when accessing what I am supposed to have is so difficult.

  • Eric, thanks to an updated arrangement with Avid, we no longer offer separate versions of Titler Pro depending on whether you have a subscription or perpetual license. I would recommend you uninstall Titler Pro from your system and then install "Titler Pro for Avid" from our Avid downloads page: https://newbluefx.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000819223-Avid-Media-Composer

That version should activate correctly, provided you create an account and sign-in to the NewBlue Application Manager.

  • I have a serial number that is not working. I have emailed your company with no response. Is there a phone number I can call?

  • Totally have given up on NewBlue Titler pro. TOTALLY. For many many months the program has not worked properly. With every update I have to delete a DLL file to get the program to work. Emails to support have not returned any answers.

Why have you not fixed this?

  • September 13, 2017 - Installed the 5.0.170808 update. I STILL NEEDED TO DELETE THE DLL TO GET THE PROGRAM TO WORK. I am so frustrated with this program.

I installed the fix but the program would hang when starting. This was both for the standalone or within Premiere.

    The fix for me was:

    Goto this folder: C:\Program Files\NewBlueFX\Common

    Rename this file: OFXBridgeB64.dll

Both the standalone program and within Premiere now work. Also, the NewBlue project appears in the project bin.

So, what does this DLL do and what am I missing?

  • Rhonda, sorry to hear you did not hear back when you attempted to contact us. I searched and unfortunately we never received a support ticket from you. I have opened one on your behalf, one of our representatives will contact you shortly.

Brett, I'm glad to hear you found a solution. Titler Pro 4 & 5 host 3rd-party OpenFX plugins. Sometimes that will create a conflict. Removing the .dll you noted prevents the plugins from loading in Titler Pro to work-around the conflict.

  • Installed Avid Media Composer and was super excited about using the New Blue Titler Pro. But it will not install or activate. I have looked up multiple resources only to find no helpful resource to fix the problem. Decided to delete the file off my computer and hope that someday it will actually work.
