Taking a snapshot of the computer screen is very simple and no, you don’t need a digital camera!
Mac: Hold down COMMAND+SHIFT and press 3. This will take a snapshot of the entire screen and the image will save to the desktop. Then you can simply attach that image to the e-mail.
Win: In Windows 7, open the Snipping Tool then click the New button. Hold down the left button on your mouse, select the region of your screen to take a screenshot of and then release the mouse button. Click on the File menu in Snipping Tool and select Save As, then attach the image to your email.
In Windows 10, open Snip & Sketch then click the New button. Hold down the left button on your mouse, select the region of your screen to take a screenshot of and then release the mouse button. Click the Save button in Snip & Sketch (the floppy disk icon), then attach the image to your email.
