*NEW* Social Chat Controller

There is the option to filter and search the incoming messages to customize your broadcast. 

• Establishing connection with Chats
• Set up Facebook comment settings
• Configure your sources
• Create a curated playlist of your messages
• Set up Autoplay for your messages

Establishing connection with Chats

1. Add your Chat graphic from the Library into your Playlist.
2. Under the Data Controller column of your chat graphic, select Add Source Productivity > Chat > Chat or Social > Chat > Chat.  This will open the Chat controller in the Properties Panel.   
3. The first time you connect, you will be prompted to authenticate in our new Global Administrator to save your settings to automatically connect in the future.  Go to Settings > Internet Accounts > select the Service and follow instructions to sign into your account and authenticate.

Set up Facebook comment settings

If you are connecting to Facebook, you will have the option to include comments from any of the pages managed by your account. 

1. Select the various pages and user verses posts you would like to include in the chat controller
2. Select the various pages and user verses posts you would like to include in the chat controller.

   
   

 

Configure your sources

Once you have established a connection to all your accounts you would like to include in your Chat controller, you will configure each source within the Chat panel.

1. In the Chat Panel, choose any of the Service options to pull from. 
2. Select .  Select all pages and timelines you would like to pull comments from.
   
   
3. Select each post you would like to include comments from and click Return to Messages.
   
   
4. Any messages will automatically populate in the Chat panel.  You have the option to search in X by @: or @ for specific comments.
   
   
5. Press the Play button to send the message text to your graphic.  The message will then show as slightly greyed out as an indication that it has already been played.You have the option to Hide the message or Delete from the message list to optimize your screen space.

Creating a curated playlist

1. This is an option if there are two operators or the controller is open from the browser.
2. Press the two column option to open the second column as your chat playlist.
3. Select the checkbox for any message in the first column that you would like to add to your message playlist.
4. Then play the comments from your curated playlist.

Set up Autoplay for your messages

1. Press the Gear Icon in the upper right corner of the Chat panel.
2. Toggle Autoplay on and enter the amount of seconds to play per item.  Now, any message that is added to your Chat playlist will play automatically for the set amount of seconds entered per item.
3. Toggle on the Loop option for the playlist to autoplay the entire playlist again after the last message has been played.
4. Press start and the chats will play for the time set and loop continuously.
