Import images and videos

When you customize graphics in the Title Designer, you can import images and videos, which you can scale, move, rotate, and customize with effects and transitions to further enhance your design.

Note: The Title Designer and the features described in this article are not available in Titler Live Express.

What do you want to import?

Import images

Titler Live supports PNG, JPG, JPEG, GIF, BMP, and TGA files.

Note: PNGs can include transparent backgrounds, but because PNGs are raster-based images, if they are extruded, they will be extruded as a rectangle regardless of transparency.

  1. In Titler Live's playout interface, select a graphic in the playlist, then click the Edit Title Design button in the Attributes panel. The graphic opens in the Title Designer's workspace.
  2. If you want to import an image into an existing paragraph, double-click a paragraph and move the cursor to where you want the image to appear. If you don't select a paragraph, the image will be imported into a blank area of the workspace.
  3. Choose File > Import > Image.
  4. Select an image.
  5. Click Open.
