This article describes how to import various types of images and videos, which you can scale, move, rotate, and customize with effects and transitions to further enhance your designs.
What do you want to import?
Tip: You can also import Titler Pro designs from ZIP packages.
Import images
Titler Pro 7 supports PNG, JPG, JPEG, GIF, BMP, and TGA files.
Note: PNGs can include transparent backgrounds, but because PNGs are raster-based images, if they are extruded, they will be extruded as a rectangle regardless of transparency.
- Open a graphic in Titler Pro.
Tip: For details about using Titler Pro with a video editor, see one of the articles in the Add graphics to projects in your video editor section of our help center.
- Choose File > Import > Image.
- Select an image and click Open.
The image will be imported into a blank area of the workspace.
Tip: To apply an image to a shape, select a shape, then click the Image/Video option in the Attributes > Object > Style panel. For more information, see Add styles to text and objects > Add images and pre-recorded videos.
Import videos

Import EPS vectors
EPS vectors are ideal for pre-designed logos or shapes that you want to extrude to create three-dimensional depth. If a vector image includes more than one element, you can select and manipulate each element individually.
- Open a graphic in Titler Pro.
Tip: For details about using Titler Pro with a video editor, see one of the articles in the Add graphics to projects in your video editor section of our help center.
- Choose File > Import > Vector.
- Select an EPS vector file and click Open.
Warning: The more edges and vertices there are on an eps, the longer it takes the designer to analyze the import.
The EPS vector will be imported into a blank area of the workspace.
Tip: To extrude an imported EPS image, select the image and increase the Extrusion amount in Style Settings > 3D Face > 3D Controls.
Import PSD layers
You can import static or animated Photoshop documents.
Notes
- Animations are applied from the lowest layer and upward in the timeline when you import a PSD file. If you want the opposite effect, please rearrange the layers in Photoshop before importing the PSD file.
- PSD files cannot be extruded.
- Open a graphic in Titler Pro.
Tip: For details about using Titler Pro with a video editor, see one of the articles in the Add graphics to projects in your video editor section of our help center.
