How To Find NewBlueFX Within EDIUS

We designed NewBlue TotalFX to work inside EDIS. The NewBlue effects and transitions will be located in the same folders that you find the effects and transitions that came with the program.

Note: Please make sure that OFX Bridge is installed in order for your plugins to be fully recognized within EDIUS.  If you have the latest version of Titler Pro 7 the OFX Bridge is included in the same installer.

Find Your NewBlueFX in EDIUS

  1. Navigate to View > Palette > Effect to make sure the Effect tab is openpalette.gif
  2. Then for Transitions navigate to Effect > Transitions > NewBluetransitions.gif
  3. For Filters and Effects Navigate to Effect > VideoFilters > And choose either NewBlue Elements, Essentials, Filters, Stylizerseffects.gif
  4. Then just drag and drop whatever you choose onto the clip within  your Timeline

Note: Titler Pro for EDIUS does not include: Don’t allow running standalone, NTX Playback features in Titler Pro 7(except keep Rolling Credits) feature, Style Breaks checkbox, Object Following control section, Export menu, Light & Cam tab.

Please refer to Add graphics in Grass Valley EDIUS for a detailed description.

You should now be able to find your plugins within EDIUS.
